Is it possible to include the transaction details in the Transaction console page?

Summary:

After occurrence of any transaction, it is required to include transaction details such as effective date, action code/reason etc in the Transaction console page same as in the Worklist notification

Is there any feasibility to include the above-mentioned details in the Transaction console page if so kindly provide us the details?
