Oracle Fusion: Error while assigning Manager to Employee via HDL

Hi All,

We have requirement to assign a Manager to the Employee via HDL load,

1. Both the employee(B) and manager(A) are hired on the same date (5/2/1990)
2. Manager(A) is assigned to Employee(B) while hiring(5/2/1990)

When we do this via HDL load, we are facing an error i.e., 'You have provided a date-effective row that starts on 5/2/90 12:00 AM, for an existing record that doesn't start until 1/28/92 12:00 AM'

Can you please let us know how to resolve this error?
