Reverse Termination approvals after the LWD has passed
Summary: We have a requirement where we need to write a separate rule for reverse termination when employee's last working day has already passed. . WE need a rule to check if the employee has passed the LWD, which parameters should we use to check if the employee has passed the last working day
We need the rule as our current rule is having LM as the first level of approver and for employees who have crossed the LWD the transaction is failing as no active LM are present for the terminated employees.
If any one has come across such a requirement, could you please let us know how it was handled?
