How do you track new hire events that happen after offer: such as new hire health appointment, HR appointment, etc.
The recruiter needs to document, but details not known until after the offer is accepted. I was request to add them to offer grid-- request was for these to be editable, like start date.
How are others handling this type of tracking.
We don't want the recruiter to have to cancel and recreate an offer to get these fields populated.
