Dear All,

We are trying to upload the transcript of a series of learning plans and the system is generating and error message that they could not find the enrollment. I was told that we would upload all courses associated to  the learning plans first in order to upload the learning plans, but this look like insane to me.

Is there any way that we can bulk upload the transcript of learning plans without having to upload the courses associated to them?
