Unable to add more than 5 Quick Actions in My Client Groups tab

Summary:

I am logged in as a HR Specialist. I can only see 5 Quick actions under My Client Groups tab, but want to add more Quick actions. Added few quick actions via Configuration -> Structure, by checking the box "Add as a quick action link on home page". Still can't see more than 5. Please suggest.
