OTBI Direct & Indirect Headcount #'s by manager

What I'm looking for is a way to capture both direct and indirect manager numbers.  I.e., if you're a manager with 2 direct reports, and one of those direct reports has one employee, your direct HC number is 2 and your indirect HC is 1.  Which gives you a total HC of 3.  I have viewed the other posts and solutions on this topic and none have fulfilled my need.  

What I need it for is to use that direct+indirect HC number as the denominator for my turnover by manager calculation.
