How to Hide / Remove Fields from Option View > Columns > Manage Columns

We would like to hide certain fields in the View--> Columns ---> Additional Information

We wanted to remove the Additional information as this information will be irrelevant for suppliers when they see in the supplier portal.

Is there an option? I see there is an Enhancement Request # 12684719. I am unable to acess this ER. Any  insights to this?
