Document Record Deep link provided for Manager is not working

Summary:

Is there anyone who is experiencing that the manager document record deep link is not working for them?

It shows us a blank page when trying to access using the below deep link.

deeplink?objType=MANAGER_DOCUMENT_RECORDS&action=NONE

We already added the required privileges that are needed to use the deep link, like Manage Person Documentation, View Person Documentation... etc.
