Removing blanks from questionnaire reporting

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM 2 comments

Summary:

I have created a questionnaire with some questions having a response type of Rating and some with Answers. When I bring the fields Response Answer and Response Text, I am getting 2 rows of data (one row is blank). How can these be removed.
