Release 13 - Annoyingly hidden folders menu

Hello,

 

Since R13 the Reports and Analytics page has changed, and annoyingly the folders are hidden and have to click an icon to view them, when they load they don't fill the screen and half the screen is white... can developers review this as we need to inform everyone that they now need to click the little 2 arrows...
