Interactions Tag doesn't work

Hello,

I'm trying to add a new Interaction (Setup and Maintenance -> Search -> Configure Recruiting Interaction Categories) only visible to US. I've used the Tag column, but it seems that doesn't work.

I've tried to set +US / +US, -IT / -IT,+US / -IT; but none of these combinations of tag make the new interaction visible only for US.

How can I proceed?
