Duplicate a Department in a Tree

I am attempting to add a department to a tree version and I receive the following: PER-1531450You can''t duplicate nodes for this tree structure.


I have a requirement to add the same department to 2 distinct nodes.


This document indicates you can duplicate tree nodes, can someone guide me to where to do this please?
