Hi all,

We are creating a simplified requisition file so that hiring managers can self-initiate requisitions, save a requisition, and then move that to a designated recruiter who would take over and complete other requisition data. 

However, we noticed that whenever a hiring manager user type creates a new req, the "recruiter" field always auto populates with the hiring manager's own name, instead of leaving it blank or populating with a pre-designated recruiter.

We know that one can map a recruiter name to a department, so if a hiring manager selects a department on the requisition creation assistant, is there a way to auto-populate the recruiter field on the requisition with that department's assigned recruiter?
