Hiring manager is not generated as line manager after the Move to HR action

Hello,

We are facing an issue regarding the line manager of the new pending worker after the action Move to HR. For some reason, the Hiring Manager of the ORC requisition doesn't fill the field of the line manager after the Move to HR action and it generates a different line manager, probably according to the job or department that it is chosen during the requisition.

This results in notifying the wrong line managers of the Onboarding Journeys and it creates a confusion in the user experience.

Has anyone of you had a similar issue? If yes, how did you solve it?
