Hello, 
When trying to manually delete a user whos related to an employee , Im trying to transfer the user  to an alternate user. 
I get the following error message : 

For example : user  : 'Roseanne Donohue'  , alternate user : 'Michal Taub '

"The transfer cannot be done.

 Onboarding (Transitions) 
•Michal Taub is missing the following Onboarding (Transitions) role(s): Global Finance. Please make the appropriate addition in Onboarding (Transitions), then try delegating/transferring again. 

Recruiting 
•The transfer of work items related to Recruiting product can be done. 
" 

What permissions please do i have to add to user 'Michal Taub' ?
