Hello experts, 

Any idea if Learning Assessment functionality is enabled in 18B?

In R13-18 B, I saw Learning Assessment subscriber code is available in Manage Questionnaire. I am able to create a score questionnaire, but I don't find where to attach this Questionnaire to a Learning Item. 

Appreciate your inputs on this.
