Person Address: Approvals are in Progress. Info is locked.

Employee had attempted to update her home address. The system is not allowing her to make any edits. I can see on our end that it says "Approvals are in progress. Info is locked." However, I don't see anything pending for her. The Transaction Console show that her submission is marked as Complete.
I had ran transaction detail diagnostic and ran a query but nothing is showing as pending for her.
