I know that there are many, many rehires performed within HCM.
Question #1: do you have a need to capture an 'eligibility for rehire' value for persons that separate from your employer?  

Question #2: do you use that 'eligibility for rehire' to prohibit the rehire of the person (assuming the value is something like "don't allow the rehire of this person")?

We are exploring the addition of this type of functionality and would greatly value your feedback.
