Hiring Manager cannot see candidates for requisition

One user cannot see the candidates on a requisition but other managers can.

Hi,

All the 'users' in our Taleo environment are assigned the same User Type and User Group.  I have one user that cannot see the 'Candidates for this requisition' count on a requisition that they are the hiring manager for.  Other managers that have the same permissions, however, can see the number of candidates and the candidate submissions for this requisition.  I've checked the following settings on the user's account:  Advanced Filter, Quick Filter.  The My settings/search and Advanced Search is not enabled for the users so the issue shouldn't be there.  Has anyone else encountered this issue and if so, any advice
