Below is our task structure

Non labor Resource 1.1 (Created based on Expenditure Type1.1) Rate:8000 Qty:1 Raw Cost:8000

we have rate specific to project and project budget should consider 5000 instead of 8000.

Is there any functionality or workaround to achieve this
