Hi,

Looking for directions to do the following. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Trying to configure approvals for a HR transaction, say salary change. Need to send it to line manager first and send it to operations manager in that manager hierarchy. Operations Managers are identified by their Job titles, say Region Manager I, Region Manager II etc... and they are not at the same job level. Can't create a static approval group, because every one gets all transactions and don't know who is supposed to respond which causes more confusion.
