Error message when loading Legal Employer HCM Information

Trust you are doing fine.

Be informed that I am facing the following error when loading Legal Employer HCM Information

Step followed are the following:

• Creation of Legal Entity using Manage Legal Entity 
• Using the Desktop Integration Installer to load information for the Manage Legal Entity HCM Information
• Filling the following field: Legal Entity Identifier, Salary Level, Worker Number Generation, Employment Model
• Click on Upload and the row fails to insert

Grateful if you could take a look and advise on the reason for this error
