Send reset password notification to a certain population

Hello,

Is there a way to send the reset psw notification to the population that belongs to a specific BU or have a specific role?

To be more specific, the New Account Template notification (user categories) is activated for the onboarding as it went live for two Business Units but all the new pending workers will receive the reset psw notification (also from the Business Units that are not live with the Onboarding). Is there a way to enable it and send it only to a specific population?
