Note: I am not attempting to "diss" on Everfi. I do want to know if our experience with this vendor is unique:

We just completed a compliance training push aimed at about 17K employees.  One of the courses was housed in Everfi and they supplied the business owners the appropriate SCORM files and the business owners added those files into Taleo Learn. This business owner develops their own content, so this action is well within their abilities. The course was launched inside Taleo Learn and then went to the Everfi system, which had the actual course content. Since the users were "good" in our system, they were expected to be "good" in the other system, too.
