Can we move the job requisition to filled status without hiring a candidate?

Summary: Hi - Can we fill the job requisition without hiring candidates on the requisition? We have situation where some the candidates are directly hired and there is an corresponding open requisition in ORC, how can close/fill the open requisition where candidates are hired manually in the system.
