Grade field does not change when Job field is changed

Grade field does not change when Job field is changed

When I change an employee's job on the Manage Employment page, the Grade field does not change; it retains the Grade from the previous job.  Is there a way to make the field default to the grade associated with the new job or even make the Grade field change to blank when the Job is changed?

I confirmed the following profile option is set to Y, but not sure if this relates to what I am requesting:  PER_ENFORCE_VALID_GRADES
