Administrator Profile Values not present in the system?

Hello everyone,

We are currently implemented the data migration from one dev environment to another dev environment. We found out that there are two Administrator Profile Values that are not present in the dev environment that we are implemented the changes. These two profile values are:

  1. HRC_DATAEXCHANGE_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED
  2. HCM_BUSINESS_RULES_EDITOR_ENABLED

Does anyone know why we can't find these two profile values?
