Customer is on 23A Oracle HCM Cloud, and is implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Oracle Recruiting (ORC). They have the following questions about implementing Vanity Email:

1. Can Oracle HCM Cloud relay through their SMTP server in Exchange online (Office 365)?

2. Is there any documentation for setting up DMARC/DKIM for this environment?
