What Criteria will return Previous Position along with New Position for Action Changes?

Summary:

I am looking to pull a list of employee internal moves (Transfer to a new position). I have the criteria set to show me the action - transfer - and the new position and manager using Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time Event. However, I want to see previous position and previous manager in this report.

What analysis subject will return these PAST details, and what criteria is required?
