Duplicate Rows in a Report

Hi All,

Hoping someone can assist me - I'm getting duplicate rows in a report and it seems to be tied to FLSA status as I have one row with a value and one row without for some employees. I tried "and pjlf.information1 is not null" with no success. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to get this report to show one row per employee?
