Can contents of a UCM file be used to fill a BI-Publisher prompt parameter

Content (required):

Is it possible to use a UCM file (i.e. a comma separated person number text file < 32 KB) as an input to initialize a prompt parameter or dashboard prompt with a value in BI-Publisher data model. Or somehow differently use the content of the file as input or filter? I would like to use the UCM content_ID or document_ID to import/link the file to my query dynamically.
