do we have other way to give the hiring manager and recruiter to provide feedback

Our customer don't really like all the collect feedback functionality

they want the recruiter and the line manager to be able to give feedback immediately after the interview and not have to wait until someone manually will collect the feedback for them. do we have another place we can give them the option to capture the feedback they have for the candidate
