Hello,

We would like to work on the BI Reporter and create a new report.
The user that we use have a user type of recruiter system administrator and also Reporting- author , and i marked all the  
reports permissions ,access etc .
Yet, when the user log into the Taleo we cant see the embedded reports and the option to reach and create a new report.
See in the screenshot please - there isnt anything in the menu to reach the BI report and create a new one .

How can we have this enabled for us to create new reports when entring the Oracle Business Intelligence?
