Dismiss All button is not working for FYI notifications, any idea's?

Summary:

We have noticed that the Dismiss All button for FYI notifications is not working.

We raised a ticket but the answers were not helpful as we know how it is suppose to act. It worked fine last week.

Content (required):

Click on bell to see notifications> select show all>click Dismiss All

Nothing clears.
