Currently we are using SHL vendor and Business wants to redesign the names and code displayed to recruiter on UI

Currently we are using SHL vendor and Business wants to redesign the names and code displayed to recruiter on UI

SHL vendor has confirmed that the Oracle has limitation of 30 characters in name and code .
