OTBI Export to Excel shows the blank values in the column

Summary:

We have some reports in the payroll module. When users run the OTBI report (view results), they can correctly see the data in the output/viewer for all the columns. But if they try to export the data to an Excel or PDF format, most of the the columns get populated with the values corrected, and some of the columns come as blank in Excel or PDF. is this a security issue? Or something else?

OTBI Analysis (Custom) created in Oracle ERP Cloud Version 23A - Export the output to Excel. some of the columns have started showing blank values in Excel.
