Hi Team,

Can you explain if running the Send Pending LDAP process will update the account details of existing users? We have customized usernames for some employees, so we don't want those details to be synchronized.

We have an issue where new hires's user accounts are not created, and we only find out if the employee reports the issue. We are considering scheduling the Send Pending LDAP process, but we're unsure if it will affect existing user accounts. Could you provide some information on this process?
