OTBI Analysis transaction report giving wrong result.

Summary:

Hi Everyone!.

I have created an OTBI Report which fetches the Document of Records Transaction.

Context: If anyone modifies something in the Document type called "Bank Account details" in the document of records of employee, it will go for an approval.

The issue here is, in the front end (transaction console) the approver is showing only one which is correct but in the report, I have taken "Assigned to" attribute which gives me multiple result.


Any input would be highly helpful. Attaching the report Catalog as well.
