Candidates sharing profile with other family members

Summary:

Ex-Employees are sharing their candidate profile with other family members and when they update the personnel information on the candidate profile it is updating the Termination record also. This is causing an issue since OracleHCM is integrated to payroll. How can this be stopped? Anyone else experiencing this?
