Restrict parameter value in seeded line manager dashboard

Summary:

We are using Line Manager Dashboard in Fusion hcm, we have different BUs and we have requirement to restrict business unit & legal employer parameters (LOV) in seeded line manager dashboard according to logged in user (line manager's BU).

for example if line manager A is viewing its dashboard so he can only view the business unit in parameter of dashboard which he belongs to.
