Hello,

Im creating a user manually in Taleo, as a manager. 
When checking in Taleo if the user account already exists, and filtering by status 'All' (including inactive users) ,
and looking by filtering the user name / employee id / email address - the user cant be found ,which looks as if the user dosent exists in Taleo.
However, when manually creating the user, and filling the email address ,and trying to save the new user, i get an error - 
'The action cannot be completed.The following email address is already used by a candidate included in the database: test_mike.littleton@radware.com.'
