My Queued Reports

I have a report that are stuck in Processing state, so I beleive this is stopping me from running this report again.

How can I delete the reports in My Queued Reports that are stuck in Processing state? I found this configuration setting, but this is for the system - which I struggle to have to change.
The queued report processes, but is not opened within the number of days specified within the PURGE_QUEUED_REPORT_DAYS configuration setting. Queued reports and dashboards that have been run but not opened within this time period are automatically removed. The default value for this setting is seven days.
