When Moving candidate from one state to another within the same phase , state options are not visibl

Summary

We have a CSP created with one of the phase named as Compliance Check with 5 states - to be revieed , Sent for compliance, Rejected by Compliance, Rejected by Employer and Withdrawn by candidate. The candidate is currently moved to Compliance check - To be reviewed . We now need to move to Sent for Compliance. However when click on Move , the only option available is Rejected by Employer and Withdrawn by candidate.

We did not have this issue before .
