Career section internal - users cant log using their Taleo user account user/password

Career section internal - users cant log using their Taleo user account user/password

Hello,

We have the carees section - Internal portal , and we try to login into the career section internal portal as an internal employee using his user/password in Taleo 
we get an error of 'Invalid Password'.
We use the same user/password which the user has under the smartOrg -> users account when login into the internal career section.

please assist us, isnt it the same user details in the internal portal?
The user has in the user type the permission of ' Access the Career Section administration section'
