Exclusion rule using Grade Ladder

Summary:

Hi Experts ,

For certain roles , our client has a unique requirement that they want to exclude certain employees on the basis of grade ladders. People in grade ladders HRCI,HRD1,HRD2,HRD3,HRSI need to excluded for these certain roles.

But Grade Ladder field is not one of the possible fields of the Exclusion rules .Sample of grade ladder is attached

Please suggest any way to achieve this level of security .
