Change Worker Type Default options in Person Search

Summary:

We would like to update the Person Search default Worker Types to include 'Pending worker' option.

Content (required):

When logged in as a HR Representative I navigate to My Client Groups > Personal Details. The Personal Details page loads with the Person Search field.

The default Worker Types used in this search are: Contingent worker, Employee, Nonworker

The Pending worker value is unselected by default and to include this value I need to open the Advanced Search, scroll down and check the value and run the search.

Is there a way to update the default Person Search setting to include 'Pending worker'?
