Employee results not coming

Summary:

Hi Experts ,

We have created custom role to include only Check-in document , Feedback and Requested feedback functionality from Performance section. Role copied was human resource specialist.

Now on searching an employee in check-in document, feedback and requested feedback , no employee is appearing

The role is attached to the data role who has a custom person security profile based on AOR . I have assigned this user concerned AOR. Still the results does not give any person.
