Disable login attempts on career site for external candidates

Summary:

Hello All,

We have a requirement where a candidate apply on a job opening from career site and they are receiving below notification "

'You reached the maximum number of attempts. Try again in 30 minutes.'

We followed below oracle document and found that Candidates are only allowed to take 3 login attempts.

Is there any possibility to increase login attempt to 6 or completely disable it?

Please let us know if anyone had come across similar requirement and achieved the solution.
