BI Publisher tab disappeared from Word

Content (required):

I installed OracleAnalyticsPublisherDesktop-6.4.0-win64.exe, and it opened Word after the installation was complete. Word had Publisher tab. After I closed and re-opened Word the Publisher tab disappeared. What am I supposed to do to have Publisher tab at all times?
